BONUS PROGRAM

 

The SFG Group, LLC Bonus Program is set in place to award those Associates who are building their business through production and expansion. Please review each bonus category to see if you are eligible and to see how to WIN!!!!

The Producer’s Bonus Program:

 

There 2 ways to qualify in the Producer’s Bonus Program. They are Life Insurance and Annuity: and both bonus pools are funded by overrides on the entire company. Please review each category for qualifications.

ALL Associates are eligible and must be in good standing with SFG Group during the month and at the time of bonus payment and must meet minimum personal quality of business standards, ie (QBI).  MAX credit per life insurance policy is $1,500.

Monthly Production Numbers

Life Producer’s Bonus

 

Level 1: 2.50% Bonus + Marketing Budget money

  • Must have a minimum of $7,500 in personal “PLACED / ISSUED” production for Life insurance,
  • or
  • Must have a minimum of $14,500 in personal SUBMITTED production, with a QBI of 85%.

 

Level 2: 5.00% Bonus + Marketing Budget money

  • Must have a minimum of $14,000 in personal “PLACED / ISSUED” production for Life insurance,
  • or

  • Must have a minimum of $25,000 in personal submitted production with a QBI of 85%.

Level 3: 10.00% Bonus + Marketing Budget money

  • Must have a minimum of $30,000 in personal “PLACED / ISSUED” production for Life insurance,
  • or
  • Must have a minimum of $60,000 in personal submitted production with a QBI of 85%

Level 4: 20.00% Bonus + Marketing Budget money

  • Must have a minimum of $50,000 in personal “PLACED / ISSUED” production for Life insurance,
  • or
  • Must have a minimum of $100,000 in personal submitted production with a QBI of 85%

 

Monthly Production Numbers

 

Annuity Producer’s Bonus

 

Level 1: 2.50% Bonus

  • Must have a minimum of $100,000-$249,999 in personal PLACED annuity production

Level 2: 5.00% Bonus

  • Must have a minimum of $250,000 - $499,999 in personal PLACED annuity production

Level 3: 10.00% Bonus

  • Must have a minimum of $500,000 - $1,000,000 in personal PLACED annuity production

Level 4: 20.00% Bonus

  • Must have a minimum of $1,000,000 - $5,000,000 in personal PLACED annuity production

 

For all Associates at EVP1 level and Higher:

Health care Reimbursement Program

 

For EVP1's:

(PERSONAL PRODUCTION levels, and NOT Base-shop numbers)

 

SFG Group, LLC will pay the health insurance premiums for all Executive Vice Presidents 1 that meet certain production requirements for a 6-month period, AND that maintain certain levels on a monthly basis.

To qualify for the health insurance benefit:

EVP1’s must PLACE:               $60,000 in annual life insurance premium (Not submitted) and PLACE $600,000 in annuity (premium) production over their first 6-months.

AND

EVP’1s will need to maintain:   $10,000 in “PLACED” annual life insurance premium and $100,000 in annuity premium per month.

 

EVP1 Level & Above :

The EVP I’s Baseshop Bonus Program:

 

There 2 ways to qualify in the EVP 1-Producer’s Bonus Program or the EVP1’s Baseshop Bonus Program. Bonuses are based upon Life Insurance and Annuity production: and both bonus pools are funded by overrides on the entire company. Please review each category for qualifications.

ALL Associates are eligible and must be in good standing with SFG Group during the month and at the time of bonus payment and must meet minimum personal quality of business standards, ie (QBI).  MAX credit per life insurance policy is $1,500.

 

(PERSONAL PRODUCTION)

EVP  I- Life Producer’s Bonus

 

Level 1: 3.00% Bonus

  • Must have a minimum of $10,000 in personal “PLACED/ISSUED” production for Life insurance,
  • Or

  • Must have a minimum of $15,000 in personal submitted production, with a QBI of 90%.

 

Level 2: 6.00% Bonus

  • Must have a minimum of $25,000 in personal “PLACED/ISSUED” production for Life insurance,

    Or

  • Must have a minimum of $30,000 in personal submitted production with a QBI of 90%

 

Level 3: 10% Bonus

  • Must have a minimum of $50,000 in personal “PLACED/ISSUED” production for Life insurance,

    Or

  • Must have a minimum of $60,000 in personal submitted production with a QBI of 90%

 

Level 4: 20% Bonus

  • Must have a minimum of $100,000 in personal “PLACED/ISSUED” production for Life insurance,

    Or

  • Must have a minimum of $125,000 in personal submitted production with a QBI of 90%

 

(PERSONAL PRODUCTION)

EVP I - Annuity Producer’s Bonus

 

Level 1: 2.50% Bonus

  • Must have a minimum of $100,000-$249,999 in personal PLACED annuity production

 

Level 2: 5.00% Bonus

  • Must have a minimum of $250,000 - $499,999 in personal PLACED annuity production

 

Level 3: 10.00% Bonus + Marketing Budget money

  • Must have a minimum of $500,000 - $1,000,000 in personal PLACED annuity production

 

Level 4: 20.00% Bonus + Marketing Budget money

  • Must have a minimum of $1,000,000 - $5,000,000 in personal PLACED annuity production

 

EVP I – BaseShop Life Bonus

Level 1: 1.50% Bonus

  • Must have a minimum of $20,000 in base-shop “PLACED/ISSUED” production for Life insurance,

    Or

  • Must have a minimum of $25,000 in base-shop submitted production, with a QBI of 90%.

 

Level 2: 3.00% Bonus

  • Must have a minimum of $30,000 in base-shop “PLACED/ISSUED” production for Life insurance,

    Or

  • Must have a minimum of $50,000 in base-shop submitted production with a QBI of 90%

 

Level 3: 5.00% Bonus

  • Must have a minimum of $60,000 in base-shop “PLACED/ISSUED” production for Life insurance,

    Or

  • Must have a minimum of $100,000 in base-shop submitted production with a QBI of 90%

 

Level 4: 10.00% Bonus

  • Must have a minimum of $100,000 in base-shop “PLACED/ISSUED” production for Life insurance,

    Or

  • Must have a minimum of $200,000 in base-shop submitted production with a QBI of 90%

 

EVP I – Annuity Baseshop Bonus

Level 1: 1.00% Bonus

  • Must have a minimum of $250,000 - $499,999 in base-shop PLACED annuity production

 

Level 2: 3.00% Bonus

  • Must have a minimum of $500,000 - $749,999 in base-shop PLACED annuity production

 

Level 3: 6.00% Bonus

  • Must have a minimum of $750,000 - $999,999 in base-shop PLACED annuity production

 

Level 4: 10.00% Bonus

  • Must have a minimum of $1,000,000 - $5,000,000 in base-shop PLACED annuity production

 

 

2.   The Expansion Bonus Program:

This Bonus program is based on an individual or team production at the Executive Vice President level ONLY. The Base Shop Expansion Bonus is focused on one thing, GROWTH!! This bonus is funded by overrides on the entire company. Please review qualifications below.

Base Shop Expansion Bonus

  • Must be EVPI or above and in good standing with company during the entire calendar month and at the time of the bonus payment.

  • Minimum of 10 new “Licensed” teammates in the month at the Base Shop level.

  • Base-shop Agents will need to submit a total of 5 life application in that same 1 month.

    < $20 bonus for Licensed Agent: For each “Licensed” individual teammate

    • 10 new teammates = $200.00 monthly bonus

    • 25 new teammates = $500.00 monthly bonus

    • 50 new teammates = $1,000.00 monthly bonus

    • 100 new teammates = $2,000.00 monthly bonus

    • 250 new teammates = $5,000.00 monthly bonus

    • 500 new teammates = $10,000.00 monthly bonus

    • 1000 new teammates = $20,000.00 monthly bonus

 

3.   The Builders Bonus Program:

There are 3 ways to qualify in the Builders Bonus Program. They are EVPII, SEVP, NVP, and Total Team. Executive Vice President (EVP) and higher may qualify in the Baseshop Program. Senior Executive Vice President (SEVP) and higher may qualify in Thru National Vice President (NVP) and Total Team. All 3 bonus pools are funded by overrides over the entire company. Please review each category for qualifications.

Note: Qualifying builders will share in the dollar amount allocated to each Bonus program. The percentage of builders production credit in ratio to the production credit of all qualifiers for a category will determine the amount of the bonus payout. Builders may qualify in multiple categories.
