Promotion or Commission Level

All commission below at for 20yr Term and HIGHER.   If 10yr or 15yr Term is sold, commission rates will be a little less.

Commission Grid for ALL Tiered 1 Carriers

All agent levels receive earns on term insurance, as long as they stay "ACTIVE" status with SFG Group.  All EARN percentages, range from 1% to 5%.  Ranges are different between the  insurance carriers.

Promotion guidelines for Building a BASESHOP or for NOT building a baseshop.

Promotion Guidelines for Associates that want to build a “BASESHOP”:

(MAX Credit per App for promotions is $1500 in AP)

 

(PLACED Insurance Business means policy has been APPROVED by Insurance Company and Delivered to client by Agent)

 

Recruiting is NOT required for promotion levels up to Assistant Vice President Level.  Please see the Promotion guidelines at the bottom if you do not want to recruit!

 

 

Junior Associate:

 

  • For a JA to be promoted to a Senior Associate; JA will need to “PLACE” $2,500 in PERSONAL life insurance AP for 3 consecutive months, AND have at least 1 “Licensed” Recruit over that 3 month period, for a total of 1 “downline” licensed Associate.

     

    Senior Associate:

     

  • For SA to be promoted to a Regional Associate;SA will need to “PLACE” $4,000 in PERSONAL life insurance AP for 3 consecutive months,

  • Submit a “Baseshop” TOTAL of $50,000 in Annuity Business over the 3 month period,

  • And RECRUITED a total of 3 “Licensed” recruits over the 3 month period, for a total of 4 “downline” licensed associates.

     

    Regional Associate:

     

  • For a RA to be promoted to a Assistant Vice President;

    RA will need to “PLACE” $6,000 in PERSONAL life insurance AP for 3 consecutive months,

  • Have a TEAM total production in $2,000 in “PLACED” Life Insurance AP, for a total of $8,000 in AP in “Placed Business”

  • Submit a “Baseshop” TOTAL of $250,000 in Annuity Business over the 3-month period,

  • And RECRUITED a total of 2 “LICENSED” recruits per month or a total of 6 “LICENSED” recruits over the 3 consecutive months, for a total of 10 “downline” licensed associates.

  • And a QBI percentage of 85%.

     

     

     

    Assistant Vice President:

     

  • For a AVP to be promoted to a(n) Executive Vice President I; AVP will need to “PLACE” $7,500 in PERSONAL Life Insurance AP for 4 consecutive months,

  • Have a TEAM total production of $7,500 in Life Insurance AP for the 4-month period, for a total of $15,000 in Life Insurance AP, per month,

  • Submit a Baseshop TOTAL of $500,000 in Annuity Business over the 4-month period,

  • And RECRUIT a total of 3 “LICENSED” recruits per month or a total of 12 “LICENSED” recruits over the 4 consecutive months, for a total of 20+ “downline” licensed associates.

  • And a QBI percentage of 90%.

  • No Replacement requirements of Self, Key Producer(s) or any AVP's Organization to earn the promotion to the position of Executive Vice President or any level above the Executive Vice President position. 

 

Executive Vice President I:

 

  • For a(n) EVP I to be promoted to a(n) Executive Vice President II; AVP will need to “PLACE” $10,000 in PERSONAL Life Insurance AP for 4 consecutive months,

  • Have a TEAM total production of $10,000 in Life Insurance AP for the 4-month period, for a total of $20,000 in Life Insurance AP, per month,

  • Submit a Baseshop TOTAL of $750,000 in Annuity Business over the 4-month period,

  • And RECRUIT a total of 4 “LICENSED” recruits per month or a total of 16 “LICENSED” recruits over the 4 consecutive months, for a total of 36 “downline” licensed associates.

  • And a QBI percentage of 90%.

 

 

NON RECRUITING promotion guidelines

 

Junior Associate:

 

JA to SA

  • JA will need to PLACE $4,000 in Life Insurance AP per month for 3 consecutive months

 

Senior Associate:

  • SA to RA

  • SA will need to PLACE $6000 in Life Insurance AP per month for 3 consecutive months,

  • And will need to submit at least $25,000 in Annuity Premium per month

 

Regional Associate:

RA to AVP

  • RA will need to PLACE $8000 in Life Insurance AP per month for 3 consecutive months,

  • And will need to submit at least $50,000 in Annuity Premium per month, for 3 months

 

Assistant Vice President:

AVP to EVP I

  • AVP will need to PLACE $10,000 in Life Insurance AP per month, for 4 consecutive months,

  • And will need to submit at least $100,000 in Annuity premium per month, for 4 months
